  • 3 Position Snatch – High Hang, Mid Thigh, Floor

Rest 2 minutes between Sets.

B. For Time:

  • Power Clean x 20 @ (Bodyweight/.75 BW)
  • Run x 400m

Rest 3:00, then:

  • Run x 400m
  • Power Clean x 20 @ (Bodyweight/.75 BW)
