A. 3 Sets:

  • KB Jefferson Curl x 8-10 (light load)
  • Couch Stretch x 90 seconds per
  • Bar Tap x 10-15

B. 3 Sets:

  • SA FLR 20 seconds per
  • Bent Over Reverse Fly x 12
  • Ring Row Hold 30 seconds

C. EMOM 16 (4 Sets)

  • Min 1 – Wall Walk x 2-3 + TTB x 5-8
  • Min 2 – Run 150m
  • Min 3 – SA KB Front Rack + Overhead Carry 50ft per
  • Min 4 – DB Box Step Over x 10 (50/35lbs to 24/20″)
