A. 3 Sets:
- Yoga Push Up x 8
- Prone Snow Angel x 8
- Scap Pull Up x 8
- Side Bridge w/Rotation x 8 per
B. 3 Sets:
- B1: DB Bench Press x 8-10 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
- B2: Alt Gorilla Row x 12-16 – Rest 60 seconds
C. Every 5 Minutes, for 15 (3 Sets)
Against a 3 minute clock:
- Bike 40/30 Cals
- *Max Reps in time remaining
Rest 2 Minutes between
- *Set 1 – Strict Pull Up
- *Set 2 – Kipping Pull Up (CTB if possible)
- *Set 3 – Muscle Up
