A. 3 Sets:

  • Bar Tap x 10
  • SA OH Carry x 100ft per
  • Row 15 Strokes @ 5k pace (No Straps)

B. In teams of 2, partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 20 Minutes of:

  • Wall Walk x 3
  • TTB x 6
  • Alternating Front Racked Reverse Lunge x 12
