B. 20 minutes @ 85% of:
- Wall Walk x 2 OR Strict HSPU (Deficit if possible 4/2′)
- Chin Up x 4
- Dip x 6 (Rings or Stationary)
- Alt. Cossack Squat x 8 w/ Goblet Hold OR Alternating Reverse Lunge x 8 w/ Goblet Hold
