  • STO x 7

B. 3 Sets:

  • Nose To Wall Handstand Hold x :20-:30 seconds
  • “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1

C. Erg 20 minutes for Cals

At 0, 4, 8, 12, and 16:00 complete the following:

  • Hang to Overhead x 6
  • Lateral Burpee over the Bar x 6
