  • Seated External Rotaion x 8-10 per @ 2020
  • Prone Snow Angel x 8-10

B. 3 Sets:

  • SA OH Carry 75ftt per – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Blocked Push Up x 3-4 @ 4011 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Hollow Rocks/Hold 30 Seconds

C. 4 Sets:

  • Press x 4-6 @ 20X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Barbell Hip Thrust x 10-12 @ 30X1 – Rest 75 Seconds

D. Complete 3 Rounds for time of:

  • Hand Release Push Up x 15/12
  • Lateral Box Jump Over x 15
  • Run 200m
  • Box Facing jump Over x 15
  • Hand Release Push Up x 15/12
