A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • RDL x 7
  • Power Clean x 7
  • STO x 7

B. 3 Sets:

  • Nose to Wall Handstand Hold 20-30 Seconds
  • “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1

C. Every 2 Minutes, for 20 Minutes (10 Sets)

  • Power Clean & Jerk x 1.1 – Rest 5-10 Seconds between Singles

OR

C. Every 2 Minutes, for 20

  • Erg 25/20 Cals
