A. 3 Sets:

  • A1: Ring Support Hold 15-20 Seconds (RTO if possible) – Rest 45 Seconds
  • A2: Side Bridge x 30 seconds per – Rest 45 Seconds
  • A3: 3pt PVC Hinge x 10 – Rest 45 Seconds

B. EMOM for 20 (5 Sets)

  • Minute 1 – Erg 40 Seconds for Cals
  • Minute 2 – Taters x Max Reps in 40 Seconds
  • Minute 3 – Burpee Box Jump Over x Max Reps
  • Minute 4 – Rest
