  • 60 Seconds – Alt. SA KBS
  • 30 Seconds – Rest
  • 60 Seconds – Row for Cals
  • 30 Seconds – Rest
  • 60 Seconds – Bar Facing Burpee
  • 30 Seconds – Rest
