Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Dislocate x 10
  • Box Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • SA OHS x 3-4 per @ 3011 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Hanging Scap Circles x 8 per – Rest 60 Seconds

C. 5 Sets:

OHS x 2-3 @ 30X1 – Rest as needed

D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 Minutes of:

  • 4 Pogo Burpees over Bar
  • 8 Front Squat(115/75lbs)
  • 4 Pogo Burpees over Bar
  • 8 Shoulder to Overhead
