A. 3 Sets:
- Erg 75 seconds
- Dislocate x 10
- Box Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per
B. 3 Sets:
- SA OHS x 3-4 per @ 3011 – Rest 60 Seconds
- Hanging Scap Circles x 8 per – Rest 60 Seconds
C. 5 Sets:
OHS x 2-3 @ 30X1 – Rest as needed
D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 Minutes of:
- 4 Pogo Burpees over Bar
- 8 Front Squat(115/75lbs)
- 4 Pogo Burpees over Bar
- 8 Shoulder to Overhead
