A. Against a 30 minute running clock:

  • 0-5:00 – Row 1000m
  • 5-10:00 – Wallball x 50
  • 10-15:00 – Strict Pull Up x 30
  • 15-20:00 – Bike 50 Cals
  • 20-25:00 – Lateral Box Jump Over x 30
  • 25-30:00 – Run 800m
