In teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time, complete the following for time:

  • Erg 120/100 Cals

Then alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete 5 each of:

  • Chin Up x 5
  • Hand Release Push Up x 10
  • Air Squat x 20

Then:

  • Erg 120/100 Cals
