  • 10 Ring Rows
  • 10 Box Jumps

Strength/Skill

4 Sets

  • A1: Front Squat x 4-6 reps @ 21X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: SA Bent Row x 6-8 reps @ 2011 – Rest 60 seconds

MetCon

In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 10 Goblet Squats (53/35)
  • 10 Pull Ups (Jumping Or Ring Rows)
  • 60 Meter Farmer’s Carry w/ 2 KB’s (70/44)
