- A3: Russian KBS x 15-20 Unbroken reps – Rest 60 seconds
- A4: Ring Push Ups x Max reps @ 1010 – Rest 60 seconds
-If you are able to achieve the high end of the rep range and stick to the prescribed tempo then increase the load for the next set.
