Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Jump Rope x :60
  • Tall Plank to Alt Toe Touch x 10
  • Hanging Scap Circle x 10
  • Prisoner Good Morning x 10

B. 5 Sets:

  • Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Rest 5-10 Seconds between Singles
  • “Tall” Box Jump/Step Down x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 Seconds between Max Height Box Jumps. Rest 90 Seconds between Sets.

C. EMOM for 20 (4 Sets)

  • Station 1: 40-50 double unders
  • Station 2: 8-12 TTB
  • Station 3: 8-12 power cleans (95/65#)
  • Station 4: 8-12 bar facing burpees
  • Station 5: Rest
