New to CrossFit Hit And Run

Step 1 - Inquiry

First, send us an inquiry and one of our coaches will contact you in order to talk about your goals, exercise history, and your CrossFit experience.

Step 2 - Assesment

Next, we will set up a session to assess your movement patterns and establish your baseline. Based on this free assessment, we will either direct you into our Fundamentals Course or give you the OK to join our group CrossFit class. At CrossFit Hit & Run, we value quality movement and our goal is to provide a sustainable approach to exercise that will help you achieve your highest level of fitness.

If you are brand new to CrossFit, we will highly recommend that you begin with our Fundamentals course.

Step 3 - Register here

Once we’ve given you our recommendation and you’re ready to register for the Fundamentals Course, come back to this page and click on the tab below. This tab will take you to our online sales portal where you will be able to register for the Fundamentals Course.

Once you get to our online sales portal,

  • Click on “CrossFit Hit and Run Midtown”.
  • Next click on “Class Plans”
  • Then click on “Fundamentals”
  • Next enter a start date for your fundamentals course (we will tell you what our next start date is.)
  • Then you’ll enter your email address and follow the prompts in order to fill out all of your registration information

What does it cost to get started?

The cost for our fundamentals course is $157. As a bonus, after completing the fundamentals course you receive a free 2-week membership to any of our classes.

The schedule for the 12 Course Fundamentals is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:30pm at our Midtown location.

After completing the Fundamentals course you are able to signup for a membership.

What is the Fundamentals Course?

The Fundamentals Course is an introductory CrossFit course designed for beginners and those new to CrossFit. Whether you have been sedentary, generally active, or somewhere in between, our Fundamentals Course is designed to prepare you for our group CrossFit classes.

The course consists of 12 group sessions that will deliver a comprehensive understanding of CrossFit movements. Our course will also touch on nutrition, mobility, weight lifting, gymnastic skills, and metabolic conditioning.

Throughout the Course, a progressive introduction to the volume and intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes will be taught. At the conclusion of the Course, participants will have a solid understanding of safe and efficient movement patterns and will be ready to join our group classes.
