  • Walking Lunges x 10
  • Hollow Hold x 20 seconds
  • Row 300m

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

12 minutes @ 80%

  • Burpee Pull Up x 5
  • Sit Ups x10
  • Run 250m

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

12 minutes @ 80%

  • Tall Box Jumps – Step down x 5
  • Wallball (20/12) x 10
  • Handstand Hold x 20 seconds or FLR on floor x 30 seconds
