A. 3 Sets

  • A1: Power Clean x 3 TNG
  • A2: Box Jump x 5 @ 13X1 – Rest 60 seconds

B. 3 Sets

  • B1: Power Snatch x 3 TNG
  • B2: Double Unders x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

C. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

  • Odd – Power Clean x 5 TNG
  • Even – HR Push Ups x 15/10

Rest 2 minutes

D. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

  • Odd – Power Snatch x 5 TNG
  • Even – Double Unders x 30 or max reps in 30 seconds
