Strength/Skill

- A1: Front Squat x 4-6 reps @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
- A2: KB Snatch x 6-8 per – Rest 60 seconds
- A3: Side Bridge x 30-45 seconds per – Rest 60 seconds
MetCon
Complete as many reps as possible in 11 minutes of:
- Run 800m
- 75 Air Squats
- 50 Sit Ups
- 25 HR Push Ups
- AMRAP Burpees in time remaining
