3 Rounds for max reps/cals of:

  • Wallball (20/14)
  • KBS (53/35)
  • Push Press (75/55)
  • Row for calories

In this workout you move from each of four stations after a minute. You will have 30 seconds of rest time to transition between stations. This is a 5:30 round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
