We serve all of the greater Memphis area with three locations in Collierville, Downtown, and Midtown. Our CrossFit group classes are designed to make you stronger, leaner and more athletic! Our experienced coaches design the workouts and teach you the exercise technique you need to get a fun, safe and effective workout in under an hour. At CrossFit Hit and Run you will start out in a safe environment with your coach who will know you personally and guide you each step along the way. Once you are able to demonstrate proper mechanics and consistency then we will move you to our regular CrossFit groups.
