Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Hang Power Clean x 3 – Rest 30 seconds
  • A2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Step down and rest 2 to 3 seconds between. Rest 90 seconds

B.

12 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Power Clean x 3 @ 75% of 1RM
  • HSPU x 6
  • Row 12 Cals

Rest/Walk 6 minutes, then:

12 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Muscle Up x 3
  • Burpee Box Jump Over x 6 (24/20″)
  • Alt DB Snatch x 12 (50/35)
