  • A2: SA Bent Row x 6-8 @ 2111 – Rest 60 seconds

B.

In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Row 200m
  • Push Up x 10

OR

Whole Life Challenge Baseline ReTest

Complete as many reps as possible in 11 minutes of:

  • Run 800m
  • Air Squat x 75
  • Sit Up x 50
  • Push Up x 25
  • Burpees x max reps in time remaining
