  • A2: Weighted Pull Up x 3-4 @ 2011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Banded Good Morning x 15-20 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A4: Chin Up x max reps @ 2010 – Rest 60 seconds

B.

Complete as many Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20″) as possible in 3 minutes
