Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 3
  • Single Arm Bottom’s Up KB Carry x 1 length

Workout of the Day

A. Clean & Jerk

  • Take 15-20 minutes to build to a “heavy” single

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Ground to Overhead x 5 (135/95lbs)
  • Bar Facing Burpee x 10
  • Run 150m
