  • 3 Position Clean from the following positions: mid shin, above the knee, and mid thigh.

B.

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Hang Power Clean x 3
  • Burpee over the Bar x 6
  • Air Squat x 9

Rest/Walk 3 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Double Under x 30
  • Run or Row 250m
  • Alt TGU x 6
