  • A1: Press x 8-10 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Russian KBS x 15-20 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Hollow Hold/Rocks x 20-30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

B. 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

  • HR Push Up x 7
  • Burpee x 7
  • KBS x 7 (53/35)
