Monday – Regular Hours

New Year’s Eve – 6am and 9am only

New Year’s Day – Closed

Thursday – 12pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm

  • Even Minutes: 10 Burpees

  • O: 5 Push Press (Tough)
  • E: 15  Strokes on Rower

Rest/Walk 4 minutes

12 Minutes @ 80%

  • O: 10 Toes to Bar
  • E: 10 Weighted Step Ups (5 Per)
