  • A: Power Clean – 10 Minutes to build to today’s 2RM – OR use this time to work on technique

  • B1: RDL x 4-6 reps @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • B2: Russian KBS x 10-15 reps – Rest 60 seconds

MetCon

In teams of 2, with only one person working at a time, alternate full rounds to complete 5 each of:

  • 5 CTB Pull Ups
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
  • 15 Russian KBS (53/35)
