Warm Up

  • 10 OHS @ 21X1
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • Run 250m

Strength/Skill

4 Sets

  • A1: Back Squat x 4-6 reps @ 31X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Ring Push Ups x AMRAP-2 – Rest 60 seconds

MetCon

In teams of 2, with only 1 partner working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:

  • Run 400m
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Wallball (20/14)

Team members will alternate tasks. Thus, Partner A will run 400m, then Partner B will perform 30 box jumps, Partner A will perform 30 wallballs, Partner B will run 400m…. and so on.
