Strength/Skill

  • A1: Farmers Carry AHAP x 60m – Rest 30 seconds
  • A2: FLR on floor x 60-90 seconds – Rest 30 seconds

MetCon

In teams of 2, partners will alternate movements to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • Run 250m
  • 10 HSPU or HR Push Ups
  • 10 Russian Step Ups (24/20″ box and 35/26# per hand)
